James & Theory gift cards, also known as eGift cards entitle the holder to purchase goods equal from www.torkings.com.au to the value stated on the gift card or remaining after partial redemption. These gift cards are only redeemable in the region and currency they are purchased from.
After purchase, gift cards are sent direct via email to the email nominated in the checkout process. Once a gift card email is sent, we are unable to retrieve or edit it so it is important to double check the recipients email address before completing the purchase. To ensure gift card funds are secure, James & Theory does not have the ability to resend gift cards and we do not have the ability to reissue lost gift cards.
Gift cards are partially redeemable, and any unused balance will remain on the gift card and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the gift card holder's order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the gift card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the gift card and the retail price of the goods or services. Your James & Theory gift card is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in accordance with your legal rights. You cannot cancel your gift card and gift cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash or other credit.
James & Theory gift cards expire 3 years after the issue date or until no amount remains on the gift card. Any balance that remains on the gift card after expiry will not be available for use.
James & Theory is not liable for any lost/stolen gift cards. You should treat the gift card as if it were cash. If you lose your card it will not be replaced, and you will lose any unused funds on it. If James & Theory suspect any fraud relating to a gift card, we may refuse to redeem the gift card until we are satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
James & Theory gift cards cannot be discounted and you cannot use a gift card to purchase further gift cards.
